Meagan Richardson

General Manager

I have worked in restaurants for ten years because hospitality is undoubtedly one of my true passions. I was born and raised in Vegas, so assisting out-of-town guests have a stellar time has been a life-long hobby. One that I feel grateful to be able to do professionally!

 

Outside of work, you can find me baking and testing new recipes for my family. The holiday season is my favorite because people are more willing to accept sweet treats!

From an early age, I was drawn to the art of making people feel welcome and at ease. I cherish the sense of fulfillment that comes from ensuring everyone has a memorable experience. This passion for service has guided me to pursue a career in the hospitality domain.

As a dining manager, I would like to have the pleasure of curating unforgettable culinary experiences for patrons from diverse backgrounds, each visit being an opportunity to leave an indelible impression. I believe that dining is not merely about satisfying hunger; it is an art form, a symphony of flavors, textures, and ambiance that comes together to create a lasting memory.

Marketing Manager

I have always been drawn to craft and creativity. I love to help people and create memorable experiences like never before.

As marketing manager my job is to coordinate with my team  to  create unique advertising, and expand our network by utilizing our social platforms as well as flyers, emails, and digital ads.

It is also my pleasure to communicate with our clients across the board, to maximize everyones experience here at The Green Willow.
